I do not offer refunds when I've sent you what you've ordered... that would be like Bill Gates saying "here, have Windows for free!" which, frankly, just ain't going to happen!

Please do not claim that you made anything on this site... at the time of writing (4 September 2008 at 7.35am) I've spent 65 hours creating Megan and the gradients!

Please do not sell or offer for download anything you buy from this site. I am the only one who can do that... sorry! That means no adding to your members area and no charging your members for the things I've created - yes, you've paid for the tube but I still spent literally hours making it so I get to say what can and can't be done with my hard work 'kay?

This is for your benefit more than mine... no hotlinking! If you do you'll just get the tube at 50% with the honeycomb pattern on it which will take more time to remove and resize than buying it from me and it won't look as good either!

I've just (4 September 2008 at 11.02am) set up a mailing list where I'll be posting my updates and additions to this site - it's free and easy to sign up and only I can post so it will be a low volume group too. It's totally up to you if you join or not!

If you've got a site then you must link back to me... if you use my creations in your members area then I must have full use of your site for free. If I like what I see and want to use your creations then I'll join your site - I'm an honest gal!

If you want to use my creations on yahoogroups or MSN groups or googlegroups then please email me *first* and if I say yes then everyone who uses my creation must link back to me here!

My creations must not be altered in any way... if you want something changed then email me and ask!

You can do what you want with my creations when you have bought them as long as you follow all my terms!

I hope I don't have to follow through on this term but I will if I have to... if you break my terms I will put you on a page on this site and warn other pixel artists not to use you - if this happens then you won't be getting a refund!

All payments are final... I don't do refunds as I've had my fingers burnt in the past - sorry! I'll send a copy of this page to PayPal if you decide later that you want a refund so that they can see that I've said here on my first page that I don't offer refunds!

Please don't break apart either the tubes or the packs... they are like that for a reason!

If I've used someone else's lines and coloured them in to offer to you then that person will get credit on the page that I offer their coloured work and if you use anything like this then you will be expected to link back to both of us!

Starting from today (23 October 2008) I expect you to be honest with me. I've had my fingers burnt with this recently and I won't put up with it any more! I was down on someone's site as having traded memberships with them so that's what I put on the email to her about this site... I didn't think to put my membership down as a gift until it was too late unfortunately! This person now has access to my members area for free - I've basically given this person a free pass to everything on my site because they were dishonest with me! If you are dishonest and I find out about it I'll take you out of my membership area, put you on my wall of shame, warn other pixellers about you and consider legal action against you so just don't do it kay? I don't want to do it at all so I'm being honest with you right here and now so you can't say I didn't warn you!
